(First of all, take a breath. JHC you are worked up. Second, not a Caps fan here, though as a Philly fan, I really enjoyed seeing a long-suffering fan base get a championship)

Imagine, if you will, Trotz being extended "against his will." Do you think he's going to perform/coach at the same level, when he thinks he's getting paid below market value? That was my only point. I say no, because human nature. You'll say: "he's a professional"
